Thanks
to Mauger, I now have a small mic for home recording purposes. This
endeavor is something entirely new to me. My equipment consists of a
small apple PC mic plugged directly into the mic input of my wife's
laptop through "Sound Recording" as found under start >
programs > accessories > sound recording on Windows XP Home Ed.
I need to find a better free / shareware program. |

"Mauger
and Conroy" is a songwriting side project; both play in their own
band. We attempt to write and record a demo song once per session in
addition to practicing and revising older songs, it's an ongoing process.
Our current goal is to write enough songs for an EP, and then consider
playing open mics to test the material in a live setting. Who knows
what the future may bring... |

Earth
Tones hails from Northeast Philly and is entering its second year of
existance. This is a first band experience for most, if not all members
(some whom have only played their instrument for a few years). Despite
a lack of experience, we have played out on several occasions including
several two-set shows, and a 90-minute set at Finnigans bar.Our sound
is based on the jamband idea of extended guitar solo improvisation.
I left this band as of September '05 due to travel time and expenses. |
